Shipping Policy


  • Do advise us on your dietary requirement or allergens if any. 

  • No sharing is allowed. Customers may get at least one set or one entrée per person. 

  • We allow a 15 minute grace period from the time of your reservation for all parties to arrive: after this window, your reservation will be released to another customer. 

  • Deposit is not refundable but you may change to another date within one month. 

  • We must be notified in advance of any change to the party size or cancellation. 

Returns Policy


Upon agreement of reservation, parents have to accept the term that is stated in our dining policy. 


Kids are welcome but we do not have any kids facilities and we do not serve a kids menu.

In order to dine-in, the customers must agree that the kids will go on with Orinea's Dinner menu.


To make sure all customers experience the best dining ambiance in Orinea, we are able to welcome kids that are able to sit still, not run around and not make noises with the right dress code to dine in. If kids failed to follow the above criteria, we will move the table to outdoor areas. Upon confirmation of reservation, parents must agree on the regulation.

Payment Methods



  • MALE: No slipper but covered shoes. No shorts and sleeveless but long pants.

  • FEMALE: No slipper and shorts. Anything presentable will do.


As part of our commitment to protect everyone, Orinea does have a strict SOP as follows:

  • Our spaces are carefully arranged to accommodate safe distancing at all times. Customers are required to seat accordingly to social distancing that has been arranged. 

  • Cleaning and disinfection have increased to at least once every hour. Additional focus is placed on high-touch surfaces in the main dining area and bathrooms. 

  • Regular use of hand sanitizers is encouraged with all guests and employees.

  • Tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized for each individual after each seating to uphold high standards of cleanliness.

  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory whenever you leave a table or are not seated. 

  • Orinea only accepts a customer who is fully vaccinated and has low risk in MySejahtera. During arrival, we required proof of vaccination and updated covid risk status on the same date.
